Do I need to book or can I just turn up?
As we are based on a private working farm bookings are essential. We do not take walk ins and are open for pre booked guests only. We recommend booking 1 month out for your preferred dates as availability is limited and fills up fast.
Can I Book an experience for just 2 people?
Unfortunately no. We have minimum group size of 6 people required in order to accept any bookings.
What age restrictions do you have?
All guests under the age of 18 must be introduced to our manager on arrival and must be fully supervised by an adult at all times.
There is no discount for children between 16 and 18 who participate in our activities.
Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to participate in our activities for safety reasons.
How long will the activities take?
Sessions are available from 10.30am to 4pm. Typically the Heights Taster for a group of 10 people will take approx. 2 hours however timings may vary depending on guest numbers and your package option.
Do you offer catering for events?
We have our BBQ and Barn area available to hire, enabling you to BYO your own BBQ meal to cook onsite. If you would prefer to relax and have catering supplied we work with a number of local food trucks and caterers, just ask us for options.
Can we drink alcohol?
Heights Experience is not a licensed premises. Dry hire of our function space is available for a fee as part of a customised package.
No alcohol is to be consumed prior to operating a shot gun.
Do I need to pay a deposit for my function?
A 50% deposit based is required to confirm a booking. If cancellation is received within 21 days of your booking, this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. The remaining 50% is to be paid in full 14 days prior to your event, along with your guaranteed numbers. A minimum spend of $500 applies to all functions booked.
When do I need to confirm final numbers?
We ask for estimated numbers at the time of booking and expect to have final guaranteed numbers confirmed 14 days prior to your event. Please note your guaranteed number is what you will be charged for regardless if less people turn up on the day.
Can we book for an individual activity only?
Only the Clay Bird Shooting is able to be booked independently of any package. All other activities are available as part of a package only.
